How long does it take to receive my photos and videos?
Weddings, Quinceañeras & Large Events:
You’ll receive a sneak peek the day after your event so you have professionally edited images ready to share. If your package includes social media content, you’ll also receive a vertical highlight reel the next day.
Your complete edited photo gallery, highlight film, and documentary film will be delivered within 7 business days after your event.
Personal, Studio & Seasonal Sessions:
You’ll receive a proof gallery the day after your session to select your favorite images. Once your selections are submitted, your fully edited photos will be delivered within 24 hours.
Can I customize a package to fit all my needs?
Absolutely. Our packages are designed to be flexible. If you need additional coverage, a different combination of services, or something unique for your event, contact us and we’ll create a custom package and quote based on your needs.
How does the Photo Booth gallery work?
Photo Booth packages include a downloadable online gallery delivered within 48 hours after your event. Galleries remain available for 60 days.
For packages that include printing, guests can enjoy prints during the booked service time.
How do I reserve my date?
To reserve your date, simply select your preferred package and submit your request. Once availability and event details are confirmed, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due within 7 days to officially secure your date.
The remaining balance must be paid before final photos, videos, or other deliverables are released.
Are travel expenses included?
Travel within 30 miles of our St. Louis base is included.
For events beyond our service area, additional travel fees may apply. For destination events, these may include airfare, accommodations, transportation, and other event-related travel expenses.
Any applicable travel fees will always be discussed and approved before booking.
What happens if I need additional coverage?
If you’d like to extend your service on the day of your event, please let us know at least one hour before your scheduled coverage ends. Additional-hour rates vary by service and are listed with each package.
